Halal Incubation Programme for Entrepreneurs (i.e. HIPER) is one of the latest programmes initiated by HDC. The main target of the programme is to catalyse the growth of Halal enterprises. Compared to other incubation programmes that look into providing physical office space and financing assistance, HIPER looks at providing business consultancies and advisories to its participants.

By lining up proven business and industry experts, HIPER aims to facilitate the growth of enterprises by identifying potential upgrading pathways. Through the development of nine (9) High Performance Intervention (HPI) Modules, enterprises will benefit from the customised upgrading plans that will be produced throughout the engagement.
